Hello. I'm listening to Matisyahu and avoiding my final Spanish paper.  :-)

I've been avoiding it all day, actually - here is the fruit of my morning's labor:



We had it with spaghetti for dinner tonight, and it was delicious. I can't wait to have a sandwich on it tomorrow!! I also did laundry and dishes, caught up on emails, sang and danced in the kitchen, refurbished my blog, and reorganized my Pinterest page.

And didn't write my Spanish paper.

So ... I'd better see what I can do with it tonight.  :-)

Today's Exercise Log:
(all dumbbells = 3lbs.)

- 30 minutes of moderate walking (treadmill)
- 80 triceps presses (standing, sitting, lying down)
- 40 standing rows
- 50 biceps curls
- 20 chest presses
- 45-second plank
