I haven't figured out this whole "dynamic views" thing, but apparently you have to click on these entries if you want to see them with their correct formatting ... okay ...
Anyway, this is a strong, motivational song that's been carrying me through my final projects this week (it's a little "harder" rock than I normally listen to, so be warned if you prefer to stay way from rock - I wouldn't want to offend anyone!):

Rip it off, show the symbol on your chest, say
Come on, and show the world who you really are
It's not enough to be better than the rest
You gotta take it to the top to make yourself a superstar ...
We can change the whole world, gonna take it over
Gonna start it over, don't you know what we can be
A new beginning, fight until we're winning
Tell me that you're in it
Don't you wanna be
A superhero?
Anybody can be
A superhero
We can change the whole world, gonna take it over
Gonna start it over, don't you know what we can be
A new beginning, fight until we're winning
Tell me that you're in it
Don't you wanna be
A superhero?
Anybody can be
A superhero

Praying all of your finals go well! And wow! That song is motivation! Perfect for my workout playlist! :D
I read your comment on Pinterest. Even after a year of weightlifting, I still feel like a beginner some days. :P As far as tips, form over ego is the biggest. Don't go for the higher weight, and sacrifice your muscles losing out on a full workout. Finding a plan that suit your needs, and one that you enjoy is important too. I know that if I'm not enjoying my workout, I will find every excuse in the book to avoid it...
For some reason, I am not able to send pins right now, but if you check out my healthy living board, I have quite a few workouts saved. One site I have learned a lot from is bodybuilding.com. They have a ton of videos to help you learn the basics, and even customizable plans. I started doing HIIT workouts this year, and have loved the combination of cardio and endurance training they have.
I would LOVE to hear what kind of workouts you choose! Have fun my friend! And remember to love the wonderful and beautiful body GOD had has given YOU! :D
Love In Christ,
Angel
